We practice both behavioral and technical interviews with our members.

Career fairs can be intimidating. We’ll teach you how to network with recruiters and land that interview!

Our members can give internship and career advice. You may even make connections with future coworkers!
Networking
Our sponsors join us for unique networking opportunities with our members at weekly General Body Meetings. We also encourage our members to attend other corporate networking and recruiting events offered by Penn State.
Career Fair
In addition to the BJC Career Fair, there are major-specific career fairs, such as Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Day and the IST Career Fair. Check out studentaffairs.psu.edu to see the dates and companies attending!
Networking Receptions
The College of Engineering and the College of IST also host networking receptions that target minority groups, such as women. These announcements will be sent through email and are often posted on Nittany Lion Careers, where you can also apply to job postings!
